Return & Refund Policy

At Unsupervised Menace, every product is made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. We know — adulting is hard.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we've got you covered. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue and we'll arrange a free reprint or a refund — no need to send the item back.

Wrong Size or Color We are not responsible for orders placed with the wrong size or color. Please double-check your order before completing checkout.

Unsuccessful Deliveries If a delivery is unsuccessful, you may choose between a reprint (with an additional shipping charge) or a partial refund.

Print Placement For direct-to-garment (DTG) products, a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement is standard and will not be considered a defect.
